Movie: The Good, The Bad, The Weird

I went to theater last Sunday to see The Good, The Bad, The Weird. A 2008 Korean epic Kim-chi western film directed by Jee-woon KIM, starring JUNG Woo-sung, LEE Byung-hun, and SONG Kang-Ho in the main roles.

Byung Hun Lee (The Bad): He is leader of mounted bandits.

When I watched the movie, actually I was surprised by camera work. It was very nice and new for me. i just thought that they had very hard time to film the movie.

Kang Ho Song (The Weird): he is robbing train and running away.

The 1930 Th in the Manchurian desert, The Weird steals a map from a Japanese representative. The Bad is paid to get it back. The Good is a bounty hunter who tracks them down. In this unpredictable, escalating battle for the map and the men, who will stand in the end as the winner?

Woo Sung Jung(The Good): bounty hunter

In my opinion, this movie is one of the well made action movie in Korea. If you like action or epic western movie, you would better watch this!

Reason why I chose to watch this movie is an actor named Samuel L. Jackson. When I choose a movie to see, I usually check actors or directors. I watched this movie because I like Samuel L. Jackson. The movie was not special because of thin story. However, there are good actors on the movie; it’s enough reason to see the movie.

He works as a crime scene cleaner. I am not sure there is the job in Korea. I know there is a job which cleaning dead body up. however, not many people take the job, because it is stressful and scared. If there is crime scene cleaner in Korea and gives big salary, do you want to take the job? Hum, even though the job gives big wage, I would not take it.

The Wine I Drank at The First Time in My Life.

When I was in LA, I made party up in my house. I invited my friend from ESL (English Language School). I did not have many friends at the first time because I could not speak (I was not a mute but I was like a mute). Anyway, so, I held a house party in my sweet home. My friends brought many bottles of wine. You know? I hated wine because I thought wine was not an alcohol and wine In a while, I finished my bottle of Soju I prepared. I needed to drink more of alcohol, but there were just bottles of wine left. I picked a wine and started to drink the wine.

hum...it wasn't bad as I thought. The name of wine is 'Blackstone Cabernet sauvignon 2001'. This wine is actually good, but more important point to me is that the wine made me to start to drink wine. Yes, I got one more bad habit, and it is cost. However, I do not want to stop loving it, so where can I buy the wine in Korea?

After Jaurim concert

Ha-ha. I got a picture that I and my friend went to Jaurim concert from 082’s Cyworld. Not many pictures but I like all of those. Anyway, can you see me with gadget? I am in between his legs. Ha-ha. When I arrived at the concert hall, I and J were so hungry; we hadn’t eaten any food after lunch, so I bought a ‘DDuk-bok-ki’ and hotdog. When I am eating hotdog, I found a gadget that was coming to us. Nobody could ask him to take picture with them, but I could. Ha-ha! (Calm down Mino…) well, as I posted the seconds blog I got a ticket from my senior officer. Again, thanks man!
Well, the concert was actually good to me. I am not sure that they (J, 082, and his GF) had a ball there. did you have a fun?

--------------------------------------------^^ 하하. 용팔이의 싸이에서 자우림 콘서트 갔다 온 사진을 퍼왔다. 별로 많진 않지만 좋다. 어쨌든 내가 가제트랑 있는 거 보여? 다리 사이에……하하. 콘서트 홀에 도착했을 때 나랑 J는 너무 배가 고파서 떡볶이랑 핫도그를 샀어. 내가 떡볶이를 먹고 있을 때 우리 쪽으로 다가오는 가제트를 발견했지. ㅋㅋㅋ 아무도 그에게 사진을 찍자고 못했지만 난 물어봤지. 헤헤! (정신차려!) 두 번째 포스트 한 블로그를 보면 그 티켓은 우리 부장님이 준거야……다시 말하지만 고맙소! 모.. 난 자우림의 콘서트가 재미있었는데 내친구들도 그랬을진 모르것다…… 애들도 재미있었겠지?

We got it!

I got a phone call from J yesterday.

J: hey! I got a phone call from Focus.
Mino: What? really? I can’t believe that!

You probably don’t know what is going on here. Focus is a free newspaper that contains English essay section. The section shows one essay in English and readers translate the essay to Korean to get award which is 3 million Korea Won (they do not give real money but ‘Munhwa Coupon’). (This is the coupon)

If you get a picked by them, you get the reward. Last Wednesday JJ brought the newspaper to my house to translate the essay. It was hard to translate but we (me and J) try our best. Anyway, we got the pick! Today on Focus, her name is shown with her little speech. Where is my name!?

went to Sinlim cottage

I went to a cottage with my friends about two weeks ago. It was very fun even though it was raining. In this summer, we also went to the bank of a stream. Not all of our member of Bangs could go to the cottage this time, so I want to make this trip again. However, I am not sure I can make it or not. Anyway, we could not use ‘charcoal’ for B.B.Q because it was raining, so we bought a pan for Sam gyup sal. Although we could not use charcoal, it was very tasty. I don’t know why when we eat pork outdoor, the taste is always much better then eat indoor.

한 2주전에 별장에 친구들이랑 갔다왔다. 비가 오긴했지만 재밌었다. 이번 여름에도 역시 시냇가에가서 놀았다. 모든 방쓰의 맴버가 가진 못했서 다시 한번 더 가고 싶지만 갈수 있을지 없을지는 잘모르겠다..ㅋ 어쨌든 비가와서 숯불을 이용못해서 삽겹살을 먹기위한 불판을 하나 샀다. 비록 숯불은 아니였지만 맛은 정말 좋았다. 왜그런진 모르지만 밖에서 먹는 고기는 언제나 안에서 먹는것보다 맛있는거 같다.

I join a Jim named Zenith. It is located in near my office. What I plan is doing golf in morning and weight training at night. I don’t want to miss because I paid 600 USD for six month. It is expensive for me, so I have to keep going Jim. burn fat! Be a nice shaped guy!

a wine which I like.

This wine is Tores oria sererva 1994, but I am not sure the name of wine is correct or not. I drank this wine in Jowell's yard party and I like the taste. This wine is special label which was painted by an artist.

이 와인은 Tores oria sererva 1994 이다. 근데 저 이름이 맞는지는 확실치안다. 이 와인은 조웰네 집 뒷마당에서 파티할때 마신와인인데 맛도 괜찮고 와인라벨이 어떤 화가가 그려넣은 스페셜 리미티드 버전이였다.

Jaurim concert~!

Wow! I got a free Jaurim concert ticket from my senior officer. However, it's rainning outside now, so I called the ticket office that the consert will cancel or not. The clark said that they will give me a rain coat. Yeap!
