The Reader
When Michel Berg (Ralph Fiennes) feels ill on his way to home from school, he is rescued by Hanna (Kate Winslet). Hanna is twice his age, but they fall in love. One day, Hanna suddenly disappears. 8 years later, he becomes a law school student. He observes Nazi war trials and he meets his former lover again. Hanna is on trial for a terrible crime, and as she refuses to defend herself because she shames that she is not able to read and write.
