Alert! Alert!

I have never thought a person, who I know, get infected by swine flu. However, the swine flu hit my environment. Today, two of my coworkers got infected and one of my coworker who got infected was working with me in the morning, and we went to hospital together yesterday for health checkup. I do not think I got infected, but I kind of worry about it. Even though I haven’t got any infection, I feel like I have fever, and I have frog in my throat. I know it is just my imagination, but if you imagine that you are going to be harm; your health condition gets really worse. It called nocebo effect.

I think I should take care myself better, so I can protect myself. However, if I think other case that natural disaster cannot be controlled by people, so If something happen to me, I just need to take it, and to get over it.

Alright, I will think positive way. If I get swine flu, I get free vacation! Isn’t it good?

Cold weather

I forgot how winter of Korea looks like. I live in loft apartment and there is draft in that room. These days, I feel ‘ahhhhhaaaaaaaaa~. Fall is over and winter has come to me…’

I actually like winter of Korea that I could see and feel snow and I could hide my fatty arms and belly by wearing a parka. However, since I start live alone in Korea; I am afraid that winter season is coming. When I moved to loft apartment, I found that I need to pay more and more of utility then when I lived in Basement of a villa because of hitting system differences and room size differences. I need to use much more money to hit my current room up then the basement I used to live. For that season, if I want to save my money, I should not use hitting system in my room. Oh…poor Min ho. Well, so what is solution to prevent coldness? I wear underwear that is called ‘Nae-bok’ in Korea.

Except the reason I describe above, I really like winter. I like to drink coffee in the morning especially in winter season because I like to see vapor of hot coffee.

Also, I like to hear a crunch of footstep on snow.

Well... welcome winter to come here!

Rainning season?

July...It used to be raining season people called in Korea. I like the sound of rainning and getting rain on my body. I enjoyed that weather in Korea, but I do not feel these days. I do not see any rain these days. It just cloudy and a sudden shower....... more like east-Asia country weather it became. What happened to the earth and Korea? Even Korea forecast center does not make any announcement of rainning season officially. It is very difficult to tell when the rainning season begin and finish, because of changeable weather.

Visiting Japan in 2009 - 1st story

Before the night I went to Japan, I was drinking with Mitsutaka, who was visiting in Korea, until 5 AM. My Flight time was 8 AM. I just went back to my place to bring my stuff and left my house to Inchon Airport. I could catch the plane just 10 min before the plane leaves. I fell asleep in the plane. When I woke up, the plane already arrived in Japan, but still I need to sleep more. When I came out from the airport, I check the Express bus time schedule. Shin-ju-ku station was earliest bus I could take. I took the Bus to sleep. ^^ “Shin-ju-ku station……Shin-ju-ku station” I woke up because of the sound. I stepped on the shin-ju-ku station. I had started to realize that I was in Japan.

Well…what should I do? I fell little hunger, so I went to convenient store to get a sandwich. After I ate the sandwich, I felt very sleepy, so I tried to find place to sleep. Suddenly, an idea just hit my brain. “Oh…I should go to Internet Café where provides shower and free Juice”. I started looking for the place for an hour. Finally, I found the place and I went to sleep for 3 hours.

BangS Ski Camp in 2009

I had not expected about snowboarding before I arrived Sung-Woo resort. However, it gave me lots of fun and more.

A day before the day I went to the resort, I could not sleep at my home because my home features a battery-powered electronic door lock system with key-pad. When I got back to my home from the work, the door was not working. The battery of the door lock was gone. “Oh…..my……god…..” what should I do? Unfortunately, I already had a plan for next morning for going camp with my friend, and I had left my stuff for snowboarding and my car key. I decided to go Korean style spa for sleep because I couldn’t do anything with the problem. The next day, I woke up in the spa then I went to home. When I faced the door lock, I reached my finger to key-pad. I was nervous. I pushed numbers slowly then I could hear a mechanical sound. Yes! The door was opened. I changed batteries right after bat then I packed my stuff, and I left my home to the camp.

I finally arrived at the Sung –Woo resort after I passed crooked roads.

(to be continued...maybe not)
